# Integrate Hostaway with Journey Rewards

> Connect Hostaway PMS to Journey Rewards in just a few clicks.

  * Admin access to your Hostaway account (only admins can manage API credentials and integrations).
  * An active Journey Rewards partner account. Sign up or reach out to your Journey CSM if you need help.

## Overview

Connecting Journey Rewards to your Hostaway PMS lets you sync reservations and guest profiles automatically so you can recognize loyal guests and power direct‑booking rewards with zero manual effort.

1. **Log in to Hostaway**
   * Go to your Hostaway Dashboard.
2. **Access API Key Settings**
   * Go to **Settings** > **Hostaway API**.
3. **Create an API Key**
   * Click **Create**.
   * Enter a **Name** (e.g., “Journey Rewards Integration”).
   * Select a **Partner** (use “Hostaway Public API” if Journey is not listed).
   * Click **Create** to generate the key.
4. **Save Your Credentials**
   * The **Account ID** and **API Key** will be shown once—copy and save both immediately.
5. **Submit to Journey**
   * Once you have generated the keys, go to [<u>this secure form</u>](https://airtable.com/appYUQ8RW643EETpo/pagIyLIDMpve2Dwqy/form) to input the information.
6. **You’re Done**
   * No additional configuration needed. Journey will confirm when your Hostaway connection is live and syncing.

**Tip:** Hostaway API keys expire after 24 months—set a reminder to renew if needed.

* **Invite staff** to Journey so front‑desk and revenue teams can view guest loyalty profiles.
* **Configure Campaigns and Offers** (e.g., bonus points for direct bookings).
* **Promote loyalty** on your booking engine and confirmation emails.
