PMS guest hash lookup and member identity intelligence for partner integrations
The Windfall endpoints provide guest identity intelligence — linking PMS guest hashes to Journey member profiles, enriched with social and behavioral data. Used by PMS integrations and property staff tools to understand who is checking in.
These endpoints require both partner:guests:read and partner:guests:pii:read and are subject to data privacy requirements. All responses are scoped to your organization.
Authentication
Requires a partner API key with both partner:guests:read and partner:guests:pii:read.

Organization Scoping
All partner windfall endpoints require an organization context. Requests from org-scoped keys are automatically scoped; keys without organization context return 403 Forbidden.
