Prerequisites — before you start:
  • Admin access to your Uplisting account (only admins can manage API credentials and integrations).
  • An active Journey Rewards partner account. Sign up or reach out to your Journey CSM if you need help.
  • See the instructions below for how to generate API keys for the Journey Rewards team to access your property management system. Once you have generated the keys, go to this secure form to input the information.

Overview

Connecting Journey Rewards to your Uplisting PMS lets you sync reservations and guest profiles automatically so you can recognize loyal guests and power direct‑booking rewards with zero manual effort.
  1. Go to your Uplisting Dashboard > Connect
  2. Choose API Key underApps & Platforms
  3. Copy the API Key to input into the secure form
Need help? If the integration fails to connect or data isn’t syncing after 30 minutes, contact Journey Support [email protected] with your property code and Access Token reference.

Next steps

  • Invite staff to Journey so front‑desk and revenue teams can view guest loyalty profiles.
  • Configure Campaigns and Offers (e.g., bonus points for direct bookings).
  • Promote loyalty on your booking engine and confirmation emails.
